Meditation to Relieve Stress & Anxiety
Stress and anxiety can attack the body’s immune system and set the body to automatically react in a fight or flight mode. Meditation affects the body in the opposite way as it sets the body to a relaxation response. Learn to center the mind, body, and spirit through guided meditations. Join us for the last session of the semester.
